Definitely the best shisha place in the area, maybe even London. Superb service and they have the absolute best quality shisha. The owners are the loveliest people and always make sure customers are happy. Despite it being a shisha lounge even the food is seriously good, the kitchen/bathrooms and all areas are extremely clean and the staff provide the best service. Customer care is their number one priority and we are always greeted with kindness. An incredibly well run family business, we just wish that we had found Roots and the team sooner
If you are looking for a great place to have some good Shisha and chill out this is it! They will definitely make sure you are looked after. The best Shisha lounge I have been to in London. They are also making extraordinary efforts to make their customers feel safe during COVID as they take temperatures of all customers before entering! Other shisha places need to take notes.
Came here yesterday with my family and it was amazing. The service was A1 and they are following the COVID 19 guidelines. For example, your temperature is checked when you come in which is really good because we all should stay safe even whilst trying to have fun. Unfortunately, they didn’t have chicken wings for my wings lovers but apart from that, I love this place and it’s local!!!/p>
Great service , friendly staff who looked after us throughout our stay. Clean environment, and followed the correct procedures in order to make sure all customers are safe (Covid-19). Temperature taken before entry and hand sanitizer available. Disposable shisha pipes also provided. Overall very professional and highly recommended.
